Shajani farms aims to become your go-to farm for all your organic needs, for this to be accomplished we ensure that our customers receive organic and fresh products.

We want you to love what you purchase, but if not, we will gladly return or exchange in accordance with our policy as stated below.

We are committed to supplying quality products and services that meet or exceed expectations. 

• An order confirmation will be sent to you via email after you place the order on the website.
• We make sure the products reach you fresh but in any case if you receive them spoiled, you can always claim for an exchange through our customer service number with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process.
• You will have to send a picture of your order to our customer service number in case of spoiled products.
• If you wish to return your product, you can do it within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Any cost incurred in returning the order will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
• We offer cash on delivery only.
